We have no one-size-fits-all model to bring healing and optimize the body. I approach each client as the unique individual that they are. Sure, there are some basic health rules, that tend to help everyone live more healthfully, but the specifics on how to truly optimize health are unique to each person. That’s why health coaching takes time and commitment to find that just right recipe to your unique healing path. This is not a quick fix approach. Health coaching only works for individuals who are ready to take responsibility for their health outcome and have the courage to make little changes, everyday, and stick with them.  While it can be difficult in the beginning, the rewards of learning how to best care for your own body are beyond your highest expectations!

Whether or not you have ever tried or even heard of health coaching before, working with Kelly is different because she customizes her approach based on what the client is needing or looking for. And, to be honest, health coaching isn’t for everyone. That’s why Kelly offers a Free mini-coaching session to all first time clients to you to try it out and see if it’s right for you right now.

Make the Commitment

If you decide you’d like to learn how to live your best life, it all starts with your commitment to yourself. If you are suffering from health challenges, they didn’t show up over night. And they aren’t going to resolve in one day. All health coaching clients are expected to commit to a 12-week or more coaching program to allow for gradual changes and longterm results.  Kelly will recommend a particular coaching program for you, based on discoveries made during your Free mini-coaching session.

Your Program

Health coaching consists of regular coaching sessions in person, or via telehealth options, typically every 2 to 3 weeks. In each session, we’ll discuss specific challenges or goals that you have for your health and develop an action plan with measurable steps you will take during the time between sessions. Recommendations may include dietary changes, exercise goals, stress management practices or supplements. All action plans are based on a collaboration between you and your health coach and you will never be expected to do something, or take something, that you do not wish to, or don’t understand. We work together to find solutions for you that are accessible, economical and simple for you to implement.

Many clients discover a ripple effect between taking ownership of their own health and their experiences in other areas of their lives – from their careers to their family life; from their finances to their spiritual and creative expression. Learning how to listen to and care for your body is the bedrock for all other success in life. As my mentor likes to say, “Healthy people make great neighbors, happy parents, joyful partners and contributing members of a community. Helping people get healthy truly does make the world a better place for everyone.” My goal is to show you how to listen to your body and learn to give it what it needs, even as those needs may change and evolve over time. And my mission is to empower you – and by that, I mean to help you discover the power you already have within you to heal your body and change your life.
